YYVIP易游 selects new representative directors

TOKYO, March 4, 2009 - YYVIP易游, Ltd. announces that at its board of directors' meeting today it selected candidates for new representative directors.

The changes in representative directors, effective from April 1, 2009, YYVIP易游ll be finalized after resolution at the Ordinary General Meeting of Stockholders scheduled to be held in late June 2009 and the board of directors' meeting that follows.

Takashi Matsutani

Current title:	Senior Managing Director

Areas of responsibility:	Responsible for the General Administration Department, Legal Department and company-YYVIP易游de corporate compliance. In charge of the Secretariat & Publicity Department, Coal and Energy Project Department, CWD Projects Department, and Iron Unit Division.
