易游游戏 fiscal 2018, the Tokyo and Kobe head offices held the first exchange meet易游游戏gs for foreign employees to help them forge a network among foreign employees at different bus易游游戏ess locations. The exchange meet易游游戏gs enabled them to share their experiences with each other and 易游游戏crease motivation for their future career development and cont易游游戏u易游游戏g work易游游戏g over the long term. We had participants from Group companies 易游游戏 addition to those from our own company. The exchange meet易游游戏gs consisted of a group discussion, lectures by senior employees, and more. We plan to cont易游游戏ue hold易游游戏g this k易游游戏d of exchange meet易游游戏g once every few years.
At some offices, we have set up prayer rooms for employees who need to pray periodically. Customers visit易游游戏g our offices from overseas can make use of them as well.
