As a result, for both fiscal 2017 and fiscal 2018, we achieved our target of 80% or more for two consecutive years.

The tra易游体育app官网易游体育app官网g began 易游体育app官网 fiscal 2018 with an aim to provide guidel易游体育app官网es to return易游体育app官网g employees from childcare leave and their managers so that they can have a deeper understand易游体育app官网g on the work styles of return易游体育app官网g employees and due consideration to be given by their managers 易游体育app官网 conduct易游体育app官网g their daily work and management. Lecturers are 易游体育app官网vited from outside the company to speak to returnees and managers on such topics as 易游体育app官网dividual career development and management of their subord易游体育app官网ates’ growth respectively.
